The Platinum Maintenance Plan allows you to receive  software Updates, "Live" Technical Support, direct assistance from our staff, and license key transfers (in the event of a computer switch or hardware failure). The "Numerical Maintenance Plan" is sold in durations of 1 and 2 years.

Get the latest Updates & Bug fixes

Nowadays it is vital for you to receive all the latest software updates. We are constantly making improvements, adding new features, and releasing updates (at least 5-10 per year). Why? Companies like Autodesk® update their DXF & DWG formats yearly, EDA formats like gerber data are always evolving with each new release of PCB cad software, and other formats constantly experience amendments and/or changes.

 

License Key Replacement

Are you going to be using the same computer in a few years? Probably not, and even if someone does maintain the same computer, there are still possibilities of a hardware crash, virus/infection, theft, or other damages which may require you to switch or replace your computer system. The Platinum Support Plan ensures that you will always have a valid license key available for your new system.

 

Pricing and Availability:

The Platinum Support Plan is sold in durations of 1 and 2 years, and must be purchased with your original order. Pricing for a 1-Year Platinum Support plan is typically 25% of the order. As a courtesy, we will automatically send out a renewal invoice 30 days before your Numerical Platinum Support Plan expires, so you may continue to participate without an interruption in service.
