Cost options are numerical values described by either: PERCENTAGE or VALUE Cost options are most commonly used for QUOTE_PCB (PCB quotation pricing) array and more.

Note: Values of 0 or empty will be ignored (e.g not processed).
If Value is set to INVALID, the cost option will be ignored.

PERCENTAGE: (must end with % symbol)
Sample percentages : 100% 50% +50% -25%

Add Percentage: +35% is equal to 135% (and not 35%)
Subtract Percentage: -35% is equal to 65% (and not 35%)

VALUE:
Values (no % symbol): 100 +50.00 -50 -12.25
Add Value: +100 is the same as 100 (Plus Symbol + is not required to add value).
Subtract Value: -100 (Minus symbol is required to subtract value).
